Keeping the goal in the forefront, Joe provides deep legal knowledge and experience, working closely with clients to craft growth-oriented legal strategies and create strategic, practical, and efficient solutions.

Joe began his legal career in New York working with public companies and investment banks on IPOs, corporate finance, and securities regulation.

Taking that big law training, Joe uses a tailored, results-oriented approach in service of technology startups, small businesses, and innovators in need of creative, forward-thinking legal counsel.
