Legal Officer
An integral part of your team IP asset and data security strategy.
Safeguarding your brand’s value.
Joshua’s top priority is protecting your intellectual property so you can focus on growing your business. He has worked with artists and businesses across various mediums and industries, safeguarding brands, assets, and private information with savvy legal strategies and robust data privacy practices. His expertise includes entertainment counseling, negotiating and protecting licensing for content creators and software companies, drafting service agreements, and defending copyright and trademark protections domestically and internationally.
Better, Together.
Before joining Foundry Law Group, Joshua founded a successful solo IP, privacy, and entertainment practice. Even as a solo practitioner, he leaned heavily on his network of accomplished colleagues. Joshua leveraged their strengths and knowledge on behalf of his clients to deliver the highly responsive, sustainable, and strategic legal guidance our business community needs and deserves.
Preserving brand identity.
Raised in Hollywood by a parent in the entertainment industry, Joshua developed a deep awareness of the need to protect artists’ rights. Witnessing the dedication of creatives firsthand fueled his passion, leading him to a legal career dedicated to safeguarding artistic creations and business brands.
